BUILD Legacy Award
What is the BUILD Legacy Award?
The BUILD Legacy Award is a micro-scholarship worth $500 for research-oriented STEM majors. This award has been funded by the ReBUILDetroit scholars and associated donors through WarriorFunder in an effort to support their fellow WSU students who have a passion for STEM-centric research.
Who can apply?
We encourage these STEM majors to apply:
- Biochemistry
- Biological Sciences
- Biomedical Physics
- Chemistry
- Environmental Science
- Nutrition and Food Sciences
- Physics
- Public Health
- Psychology
- Neuroscience
- Sociology
Eligibility criteria
- Must plan on being enrolled full-time at Wayne State University for the Fall 2021 semester.
- Minimum cumulative GPA required: 3.0.
