How can we make diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts more intentional and impactful? In this session, attendees will learn about restorative inclusive excellence, which brings together all groups in a community to openly discuss the differences and harm that has been done to one another. By taking small steps to foster these conversations, graduate students, faculty members, and all members of the Wayne State community can better understand and appreciate the differences between groups.
