2024 poster evaluation form

Use the button below to submit your scores for each poster presentation you judge. Please note that the Wayne State Qualtrics is down, so we have had to implement a new evaluation form below. 

Evaluation form

We encourage you to utilize the following scoring system when evaluating your presentations:

• 5 is exceptional  
• 4 is outstanding  
• 3 is above average  
• 2 is average  
• 1 is deficient  

All poster presentation scores must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28. At that time, winners from each session will be selected and forwarded for the awards ceremony. Any scores submitted after 5 p.m. will NOT be accounted for when tabulating awards.
