Mentoring Best Practices

The Graduate Director serves an important role in mentoring students. Mentoring can be accomplished at the unit level in many different ways, and the Graduate Director should strive to develop initiatives that assist students make timely progress toward completion of their degrees and become members of a larger professional community.
